NOTE FROM THE ELDERS
Since its beginning in 1954, this church has striven to be a congregation of God's people with an atmosphere of human warmth and divine purpose. It is to this end that we, the elders, attempt to lead and shepherd.
We want this group of people to be warm and accepting people who are in touch with God. We are challenged to be striving constantly toward the goal of Child likeness, both as individuals and as a church. This challenge is not a drudgery but rather our own love response to God's infinite grace. Realizing that we are a diverse group with various gifts and various levels of Christian maturity, we are committed to a ministry that is wide-ranging. This ministry is characterized by love, mutual respect, openness, and a deep commitment to Biblical knowledge and fellowship.
We are committed to personal and corporate spiritual growth through meaningful worship assemblies, Bible centered classes, and many other activities which contribute to deepening love for God and each other. We are committed also to ministering to the community of Arlington as a redemptive people sharing ourselves and our gifts as we share the good
news of Jesus Christ.
Visitors are always welcome and honored guests. Our hope is that you will be blessed by being here. We invite you to join our family here as we serve God, our community, and each other. May God's richest blessings be yours!
To God be the glory.
